“Law is never static; it is constantly dynamic” – At GcilA, we believe that laws and policies cannot be considered a definite truth static in time. Our team is very keen on monitoring and exposing the daily changes in policy-making in Communitarian Law. We have already held numerous training sessions on the impact of European laws on the nations within the European Union.
It is our understanding that the impact of laws on the European level are determining not only for the states that are part of the European Union, but they also serve as examples and models that other nations may refer to when it comes to concessions and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). As such, the training programs that the GcilA member firms have proposed so far, have underlined the importance of the communitarian nature of laws and the legal system for the implementation of construction, infrastructure, mining and other projects.
Training programs that were held in the past, were concerned with questions of law and legislation including, The International Legal Expertise Conference Cycle in 2011 in Paris that investigated “Why and how to regulate concessions in Europe” as well as a pro bono training promoted by the IFEJI group, who has one of GcilA’s partners as a member, on possible proposition to the EU initiative on concessions.
Training programs and workshops on the topic of “European Law Perspective on Concessions and Public-Private Partnerships” are an integral part of the GcilA training portfolio. If you would like one of our accredited trainers to come to your business or organization and talk about the aforementioned processes and developments, than contact us today and we can develop the ideal training program for your specific needs.
