30 years of experience in over 70 countries

The Global Construction & Infrastructure Legal Alliance (GcilA) and its member firms manage billion dollar projects across the globe from start to finish. Whether in Asia, Western Africa, Central Europe or North America, our experienced teams accompany our clients throughout the entire project and legal process.

GcilA's member firms have worked extensively with a large variety of clients ranging from private contractors over multinational companies to governments and other public entities in matters involving institutions, public-private partnerships and large corporations. Recognizing the international scope of the project and incorporating the local knowledge attained through several decades of experience is what makes GcilA’s service portfolio truly unique.

More than 30 years’ experience in over 60 different countries, dealing with both civil and common law, is the foundation on which GcilA’s excellence is built. Best practices developed in one country or region are seamlessly integrated in other countries or regions. Effective legal advice requires the integration of local laws and regulations, day to day practice, and international best practices including international case law and arbitration precedents. The experience and ability of GcilA to provide this kind of advice in an integrated manner and with a multilingual and cross-cultural team is second to none.
