Marc Frilet in his capacity of Team Leader of Zero Tolerance project developed by UNECE with a framework of the UN international Center of Excellence, PPP, policies law and institutions, has been a co-panelist at the 22nd Annual CCPPP National Conference on Public-Private Partnerships, November 3-4 in Toronto, attended by over 1200 delegates.
The importance of defining corruption at the various stages of the PPP developments and identifying corrupted practices more specific to PPP was debated together with the benefit of cross fertilization between legal and political systems.
