GcilA member Shelly Ewald (Watt Tieder) will be chairing a panel at the 8th International Society of Construction Law Conference, “Construction Law: Local Issues – Global Perspectives,” on September 26-28, 2018 in Chicago, Illinois. GcilA members Wolfgang Beyer (Breyer Rechtsanwälte) and Guillaume Sauvaget (PS Consulting) will also be appearing on the panel on September 28, which is entitled “International Comparative Law on Common but Also Really Great EPC Contract Provisions – Same Contract, Same Issue, Choice of Law – Different Results?” Wolfgang Beyer is speaking on an additional panel the same day entitled “What do the Words Mean? Different Approaches to Interpreting Contracts.”
